Fear and vunerability

I wrote a recent post on fear and vulnerability.  I don’t thing that my basic premise has changed, just matured.  The woman that carried that fear was contagious.  It’s sad to know that her fear was/is transmitted to those around her.  I came across some anecdotal bits about unfinished research that is connecting body well-being with fear and anxiety.

In basic terms:  If you are physically fit, healthy, and exercising your levels of fear and anxiety are lower.  That ties my vulnerable thoughts directly to our physical well-being.  Now, if there were just one more reason for women to exercise, life weights, do yoga, walk, etc….
